Some months back I was searching for apartments in Velachery, medavakam and I found this incredible property called Deepakam Housing in Pallikaranai Chennai. It has 2 BHK residential apartments and it is a Disney inspired project.I visited the plot and the amenities are comfort. The homes are quite spacious. And location is also very nice.I have booked my home here and I am very happy.Overall a good pick comparing to other premium properties near by.

Deepakam Housing – Super compact and affordable 2BHK apartments that you can get in Pallikaranai. After lot of search around OMR and Velachery, found this project which is best in design, spacious(to experience you should come and have a look), reasonable pricing , good ventilation and also located in remote location not far from mandate facilities. I am happy that i spent my money in a great project. And last, Deepu Sir definitely need a mention, who is the proprietor of deepakam housing is a person who really cares about his clients and the same you can see in his construction. Such a humble and good person who made the process very smooth until registration.
