Deepakam Housing is actively recruiting ‘Sales & Marketing Executives’ for our Palakkad office to promote the sales and marketing for our completed projects.
Ideal candidate will be a resident of Palakkad and should have experience in apartments/villa sales.
Role : The ideal candidates should be responsible to boost the sales and marketing of the ready to occupy apartments/ villa units in Palakkad and other parts of Kerala. Should have strong communication skills and the caliber to attend the client enquiry calls and positively turn it into sales.
- Ideal candidate should be smart, active and a go getter.
- Should be well mannered and have good telephonic/communication etiquette
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Willingness to attend customer calls post working hours
- Liaison with local authorities including property approvals and registration
- This will be a performance based position
Experience:
Previous experience with property developers in sales is required
Educational Qualification:
Diploma/BE-Civil / Any Graduation
